£5 a month could help keep our Helpline running throughout the year, so whenever a woman calls us fearing for her life, we can be there to support her.

£10 a month could buy essentials for children arriving in our refuges, including soft blankets, pyjamas and essential toiletries, to replace what they had to leave behind.

£15 a month could help keep our 65 refuges running all year round for women and their children to rebuild their lives in safety.

£15 could give a woman arriving at a refuge the essentials she needs for her first night.

£25 could go towards providing emotional and practical support to women and children affected by domestic abuse.

£50 could provide a woman and her children a safe night’s stay in a refuge.
