£5.50 a month could give a child a series of therapeutic play sessions, helping them slowly but surely feel safe again.

£10 a month could provide essentials for women and their children arriving in our refuges with little more than the clothes they are wearing. Your gift could provide food, toiletries, nappies and toys so they can feel clean, safe and comfortable from the moment they walk through the refuge door.

£15 a month could help keep our 69 refuges running all year round for women and their children to rebuild their lives in safety, giving them their first peaceful night’s sleep in years.

£67 a month could provide one safe night in a refuge each month - a safe place where she can finally breathe, away from her abusive partner.

£15 could pay for a notepad, paints and paintbrushes for a child to use in a therapeutic art session, giving them the tools to start turning their resilience into recovery.

£35 could help to pay for a special festive feast for a woman staying in one of our refuges, so she can eat what she wants - undisturbed and in peace.

£67 could pay for a woman’s first night in a refuge – a safe place where she can finally breathe, away from her abusive partner.

£150 could help fill ten children's stockings this Christmas, so they have something to unwrap on the big.

£675 could help a woman and our Tech Team work together to shut down trackable technology on her and her childrens' devices, so she knows her ex can’t find their new location.
